I'm a super good teacher ;)

So on Saturdays I have a private tutoring class with two teenagers. Harin and Andy. This Saturday we talked about the evolution of the English language and the different original languages it was derived from. Here are pics of my notes.

The first one is a very racist diagram of Spanish conquistador and a Native American. The end result being Mexican people. Thus the spanish language in Latin America.
The second picture is a map of French and Spanish conquer. And Asia. :)

The third picture is a chart of examples between the prefixes "homo" and "hetero". On the middle of the page top of the chart you can see our most important lesson of the day, pointed out by Harin: "Homo/=Homer". She thought his name was Homo Simpson. We all had a good laugh and then Harin put a star on my notes. :)
